Watch from the comfort of your window as the elf plays and goofs around outside, searching for the perfect spot to leave the letter. Depending on where you are staying, the letter will be left in a visible place in the yard, in the mailbox, or on the doorstep.

Children can also send their own letters to Santa, which the elf will happily collect during the visit. Just make sure the letters are written in advance!

This charming, mostly contactless experience offers interactive fun as the children watch the elf’s antics from inside, making it ideal for even the youngest travelers. For an added touch of magic, you can also request the elf to deliver a small number of your own gifts to the family during the visit.

You can pick your preferable time when booking the service, but the exact time will be confirmed to you day before the activity. As the elf delivers several letters around the city, time depends on the route and distances between places.

Single letters are delivered to addresses located 5-10km from Rovaniemi city center ( for example : Korkalovaara, Ylikylä, Vennivaara, Saarenkylä, Syväsenvaara, Rantavitikka). Places further away 10-20 km from city centre ( Santas village, Norvajärvi, Vaarala, Apukka, Nivankylä, Koskenkylä, Hirvas) minimum 2 letters needs to be ordered.
